We offer free standard delivery on all orders over USD $80.
For all orders under USD $80 a flat rate of USD 10 will apply for postage.
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours, during business hours (Monday – Friday & not including public holidays).
Your order is expected to be delivered within 10 – 15 business days.
Please note the delivery time may vary depending on location, carrier and public holidays.
We deliver to most international locations (including PO Box addresses). For remote international destinations, please visit our Contact Us page for more information.
- Where an order is placed during a promotional period, there may be a delay on the date of dispatch due to the high volume of orders received.
- Estimated delivery times do not include customs clearance or instances where a shipment is held for payment of duties/taxes.
HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED YET?
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email from INDESCRATCHABLES confirming that your order is on its way & provide you will the tracking information.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
All orders are tracked by the delivery carrier. When your order has left the INDESCRATCHABLES Distribution Centre you will receive an email advising carrier tracking information.

WILL I HAVE TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?
A signature is not required for international deliveries.
If you are not present at the nominated address to accept delivery and the carrier cannot locate a safe place to leave your order, a calling card will be left in your letterbox indicating the collection point from which you can collect your parcel (you will need to present photo ID and the tracking information to collect your parcel).
WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMETHING ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?
Please visit out Contact Us page within 7 days to report the issue.
Following inspection of the item, INDESCRATCHABLES will either replace or refund the item in accordance with Australian Consumer Laws.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Providing your parcel has not already left the warehouse, we can most certainly change the delivery address for you. Please visit our Contact Us page to notify of the change as soon as possible.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER?
If you have received your dispatch email and have not received your order, please use your tracking number to track your order.
If you have not received your dispatch email, please visit our Contact Us page with your order number and we can investigate this for you. It could just be a case of an incorrect email or our emails being marked as junk.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
Items for delivery to countries outside of Australia may be subject to customs duties and taxes levied by the destination country. For any parcel shipped outside of Australia, you as the recipient will be liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.
If you refuse your delivery, you are responsible for the original delivery charges, any applicable tax and duties charges, and the cost of returning the package. Please Contact Us if you have any questions.
