Orders are dispatched within 24 hours, during business hours (Monday – Friday & not including public holidays)
International orders are expected to be delivered within 10 – 15 business days. Australian orders are expected to be delivered within 1-2 business days.

If you would like to return your product, please follow the instructions in our returns process.
· Returns and exchanges will be processed within 72 hours of our distribution centre receiving your parcel; this may vary during busy periods.
· For security reasons we only refund using the original payment method.
· Once your return has been processed you will receive another email showing your refunded amount has been finalised or your exchange dispatched.
· Please allow up to 3 business days for refunds to appear in your account.
If you are returning an item because it was damaged, defective, or you have received an incorrect item. In these specific cases, we will happily reimburse you for the return shipping cost as well as the shipping for the replacement item.
Please note that a postage receipt is required to be supplied for us to process shipping costs. If you are returning the item for no other reason than it not looking as good as you were hoping for, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
We offer free standard delivery on all overs over USD $80.
For all orders under USD $80 a flat rate of USD $10 will apply for postage.

Your lifetime warranty covers all manufacturing faults and any defects caused by faulty materials. The warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear, scratched or broken lenses, lost screws, fading or nose piece and frame deterioration. Any alternations to the sunglasses will void your warranty.
All warranties will be offered a repair or replacement*. Where a replacement or repair is not available a credit will be issued.
*No refunds will be issued for warranty claims.

Following inspection of the item, INDESCRATCHABLES will either replace or refund the item in accordance with Australian Consumer Laws.
If you have not received an order confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order, please check your junk email or spam inbox. You may have supplied an incorrect email address or there may be a technical hitch. Please let us know urgently by contacting Customer Care via our Contact Page and we will run to fix things up as quickly as possible.
